Exchange Policy

No Refunds, Only Exchanges!

At Hype Culture, we are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing and exceptional customer service.  This Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for exchanges to ensure a smooth and fair process for both you, our valued customer, and our brand. 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer support team: hypeculture.lb@gmail.com. We will assist you in arranging the exchange.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

You may exchange your purchase under the following conditions:

Size and Fit: If the item you purchased does not fit as expected, you may exchange it for the correct size, provided the size is available in our inventory.

2. Exchange Timeframe

You may request an exchange within 2 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in brand-new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Ineligible Items for Exchange

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

a. Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after purchase.

b. Items without the original tags and packaging. 

4. Exchange Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our store.  

5. Policy Changes

Please note that Hype Culture reserves the right to amend or modify this exchange policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
